Anne started at Google as a recruiter before joining Bouygues Telecom as HR manager for tech roles.

In 2013, Anne became HR Director for the Technical Department, then for the customer service department at Canal+ . Five years later, she became HR Director for the technical and digital division of the TF1 group , before joining Jobteaser in 2020 as HR Director, then Swan in 2024.
