  • Assistance with implementation of downsizing projects for economic reasons (redundancies, job protection plan (“PSE”), voluntary departures (“PDV”) or collective termination by mutual agreement (“RCC”))
  • Determination of information and consultation procedure with employee representatives’ bodies and assistance in preparing relevant documentation
  • Support and company advise during information and consultation process and negotiations with employee representatives’ bodies
  • Management of potential conflicts with employee representatives’ bodies and designated experts regarding contemplated downsizing project
  • Assistance with administrative processes and communication with French administrative authority (“DIRECCTE”)
  • Implementation of the project after approval (“homologation”) or validation of the job protection plan by the DIRECCTE
