Is telework compulsory for the employer during the lock-down?

The French Ministry of Labour has updated its question-answer by providing details on the modalities and consequences of the employer’s refusal to grant telework during the sanitary crisis.

Lorsqu’un salarié est licencié par la filiale étrangère dans laquelle il a été mis à disposition par la société mère, cette dernière assure son rapatriement et lui procure un nouvel emploi compatible avec l’importance de ses précédentes fonctions en son sein (article L. 1231-5 du Code du travail)
